HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT, WHY WE'RE BETTER

  • Love - We are a for-profit social enterprise that hires, develops and trains individuals with barriers to employment. We love on them in every aspect of their lives so they in turn love on you. 
  • Fresh - All of our meat is cooked fresh daily, we don't believe in microwaves
  • Inclusive - All of our sides are vegetarian and all but the mac and cheese is gluten free. 
  • Authentic - Our meat is smoked using ALL WOOD, low and slow. Sides are made in house daily. We don't try and be all things to all men, we do BBQ and we do it WELL
  • Quality - We only use high quality meats and ingredients. Our brisket and ribs come from Fischer Farms in Jasper Indiana. The meat is all natural and antibiotic free and come from happy cows.  We only use cherry and sugar maple wood for smoking, Our sauce and rub are made in house and free of preservatives and is gluten free

Street parking is available McMillan St. (metered), Kemper ln, Cross ln, and Curtis St (behind the restaurant). There is also a public parking lot across from the public library on Kemper ln.
